Deanna Reich is the CEO and Founder of Coquina Capital, a real estate financing firm connecting investors directly to capital in Northeast Florida and beyond. Named after the ancient coquina limestone walls of Castillo de San Marcos in Saint Augustine, Florida — a rock that absorbs cannonballs and never shatters — Coquina Capital was built on a singular philosophy: absorb, adapt, and build something that lasts. In 2025 she connected and closed $14.5M in real estate capital. Today she stands at $42.5M — with an additional $50M in the pipeline. Deanna's path was anything but linear. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education from Western Carolina University, and began her career on track to become a reading specialist — dedicated to building confidence in children who struggled to find their footing. At 25, she made the courageous decision to leave that path and step into the world of sales and business development. The transition was not painless. She faced depression, did the deep work in therapy, and emerged with a clarity about herself that she carries into everything she builds. From residential real estate to technology to hard money lending, Deanna spent years building relationships and connecting people to capital — before recognizing that her next bold move was to do it on her own terms. She launched Coquina Capital as an independent capital matchmaker, connecting real estate investors to the right lenders across commercial lending, fix and flip, DSCR, ground-up construction, multifamily, SBA loans, HOA financing, and factoring — at no additional cost to the investor. Beyond the deals, Deanna is a tireless community builder. She is a driving force behind The Coastal Collective in Saint Augustine, the JAX REI Meetup in Jacksonville, and SPARK — a women-only real estate investing community — among other events across the Southeast. She believes that community is a form of capital, and she shows up to prove it month after month. Deanna was the original founding Managing Partner of the Sacral Sisters SPV — a women-focused investment vehicle seeding the $110M Sacral Fund — before transitioning into her role as lead LP investor. She co-produced the inaugural Plunge Into Prosperity live events in Saint Augustine and Jacksonville alongside host Brandi Kolosky. She is a mother of two, a devoted wife, a rescue dog mom to Muppet, and a woman who has reinvented herself every decade of her life — each time more aligned, more grounded, and more powerful than before. Her personal philosophy is simple: prosperity is alignment. When you are not aligned, you are not prospering.
