Last updated: April 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of plungeintoprosperity.com (the "Site") and any products, courses, communities, coaching, or advisory services offered through it (together, the "Services"), all operated by Sacral Capital LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

4. Educational content only — not professional advice
All content on the Site and within the Services is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site or in any Service constitutes:
- Investment advice, a securities offering, an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, or a recommendation to make any specific investment or take any specific investment action;
- Legal advice regarding your entity, cap table, contracts, filings, or any legal matter;
- Tax or accounting advice regarding your business or personal taxes; or
- Financial planning advice.
You should consult qualified, licensed professionals before making any legal, tax, financial, or investment decisions. Your use of the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship, an investment advisor-client relationship, a broker-dealer relationship, or a fiduciary relationship of any kind with Sacral Capital LLC or its representatives. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make about your business or your capital.
5. No guarantees about results
The Services are designed to help you become better prepared to raise capital. However, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:
- Whether you will raise capital, how much, or on what terms;
- Whether any investor will meet with you, respond to you, or fund you;
- The success, revenue, valuation, or survival of your business;
- Any financial return on your investment in the Services.
Any results, examples, case studies, testimonials, or income representations shared on the Site or in the Services reflect the experience of specific individuals and are not typical or promised. Your results will depend on many factors specific to you — including your business, your market, your timing, your effort, your existing skills and network, and factors outside your control. By purchasing any Service, you acknowledge that no specific outcome has been promised to you.
6. Payment, pricing, and access
All prices are in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge and represent that the payment method is yours.

- The Accelerator is $888, sold by application only, and includes the MicroSchool, the Kit, and access to the Sacral Sisters Inner Circle.
- The Advisory Intensive is $2,222, sold only after a booked discovery call, and includes the Accelerator, the MicroSchool, the Kit, and access to the Sacral Sisters Inner Circle.
Access to purchased digital content is delivered by email or via a download page immediately after payment (or upon program start date for cohort programs).
7. Refunds and cancellations
The Kit and the MicroSchool: 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email scorecard@sacralcapital.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.
The Accelerator and the Advisory Intensive: partial refunds are available within the first week of the program, on a pro-rata basis. Specific refund terms, cancellation windows, and rescheduling policies are set out in the separate onboarding agreement provided at enrollment, which controls in the event of any inconsistency with these Terms.
Chargebacks: if you believe a charge is in error or you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us first at scorecard@sacralcapital.com. We resolve almost all issues within one business day. Filing a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination of your access to all Services.
Free applications (to the Accelerator) and free discovery calls (for the Advisory Intensive) do not create any financial obligation. If we decline to work together, nothing is owed.
8. Your license to use the Services
When you purchase a Service, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use it for your own personal and business purposes. You may not:
- Share, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post any purchased content;
- Reuse our content, templates, or frameworks inside your own products, courses, or paid offerings;
- Provide access to another person, including business partners or team members, unless a group license has been purchased separately;
- Reproduce content or use it to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning system;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access our systems in unauthorized ways.
All content, materials, trademarks, methodologies, and intellectual property in the Services — including but not limited to The Sacral Capital Method™, the Capital Readiness Scorecard, the Kit, the MicroSchool curriculum, the Accelerator curriculum, and all associated frameworks, templates, and language — remain the sole property of Sacral Capital LLC.
9. Your content and testimonials
When you submit feedback, comments, questions, testimonials, or content to us or within the Sacral Sisters Inner Circle ("Your Content"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish Your Content for our marketing, testimonials, and educational purposes. Where we do this, we will credit you by first name and business name only (for example, "Sarah, founder of [Company]"), unless you have expressly given us permission to use fuller identification.
You represent that Your Content is your own, does not violate anyone else's rights, and that you have the authority to grant this license.
10. The Sacral Sisters Inner Circle — community rules
Membership in the Sacral Sisters Inner Circle is a privilege granted to invited members. To keep the community safe and useful, all members agree to:
- Respect other members. No harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, or hostile behavior of any kind.
- Maintain confidentiality. What is shared inside the community stays inside the community. Do not screenshot, quote, or share member posts, discussions, or identifying details outside the group without the poster's explicit permission.
Violation of these rules may result in warning, suspension, or removal from the community at our discretion, without refund.
11. Acceptable use — grounds for termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service, without refund, if you:
- Share, redistribute, or publicly post paid content in violation of Section 8;
- File a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us;
- Harass, threaten, or engage in hostile behavior toward Brandi Kolosky, other members of the Services, our team, or our contractors;
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to using stolen payment methods, misrepresenting your identity, or violating applicable laws;
- Violate the community rules of the Sacral Sisters Inner Circle;
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Site or the Services;
- Otherwise materially breach these Terms.
Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SACRAL CAPITAL LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sacral Capital LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Site or Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or third-party rights; or any content you submit or share within the Services.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, hurricanes, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, or failure of internet or third-party services.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, held in Florida (or by video conference at the arbitrator's discretion). Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You and Sacral Capital LLC agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. The arbitrator has no authority to consolidate claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding.
Small claims exception. Either party may bring an individual action in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction in lieu of arbitration.
Injunctive relief. Nothing in this section limits our right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any onboarding agreement for paid programs, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sacral Capital LLC regarding the Site and Services.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Notices. Notices to us should be sent to scorecard@sacralcapital.com. Notices to you may be sent to the email address on your account.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
