Privacy Policy

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you give us directly. This includes your name, email address, and any business context you provide when you take the Capital Readiness Scorecard, sign up for the newsletter, submit an application, book a discovery call, complete a contact form, or purchase a product. If you purchase a product, our payment processor collects your billing information — we do not store your card number.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we may use standard web analytics to collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages viewed, and dates and times of visits. This helps us understand how the Site is used and improve it.

Information from email interactions. When we send you email, our email service providers collect data on whether messages are delivered, opened, and clicked. This helps us maintain deliverability and improve what we send.

Advertising and tracking (future use). We do not currently run paid advertising. In the future, we may use advertising and analytics tags such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads tag, and TikTok Pixel to measure and improve our marketing. When we do, this Policy will be updated to reflect what those tools collect, and you will be able to manage your preferences through your browser and the advertising networks' own opt-out tools.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the products, courses, and services you purchase or sign up for.
• Send your Scorecard results, receipts, product access, and related transactional messages.
• Send educational content, newsletters, and marketing you have opted in to receive.
• Respond to your questions, applications, and support requests.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our Services.
• Comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, and prevent fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business. We require them to protect your information and use it only for the purpose we hire them for. Our current providers include:

• Stripe — payment processing
• SendGrid — email delivery for marketing and transactional messages
• Base44 — website hosting, the Scorecard application, and (in the future) a live chat feature
• Microsoft 365 — business email, calendar bookings (Microsoft Bookings), and file storage
• Substack — newsletter publication and delivery

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices; we recommend reviewing them if you'd like the full picture.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not participate in affiliate, joint-venture, or marketing-partnership arrangements that involve sharing your data.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to protect the rights or safety of any person, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case you will be notified.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for data transmitted through the Site.
• Payment card information handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. We do not store card numbers on our systems.
• Access to customer data limited to personnel who need it to do their work.
• Reputable third-party service providers who maintain industry-standard security practices.
• Prompt review of any potential security incident, with notification to affected users as required by applicable law.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as you are a customer or subscriber, plus a reasonable period afterward for legitimate business purposes (such as maintaining records of purchases, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements). Marketing subscribers may unsubscribe at any time; once you unsubscribe we retain only what is necessary to honor your request.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Portability — receive your information in a portable format.
• Object or restrict — object to, or restrict, certain uses of your information.
• Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time.
• Unsubscribe — opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing your information include: your consent (for marketing communications), performance of a contract (to deliver what you purchased), our legitimate interests (to operate and improve our business), and compliance with legal obligations.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the rights above, the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. We do not sell your personal information as defined under the CCPA.

The Site and Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact scorecard@sacralcapital.com and we will delete it.

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Site you consent to this transfer.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, podcast platforms, or social media pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We recommend reviewing each site's policy before providing information.

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we begin using advertising cookies in the future, we will update this Policy accordingly.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, if the changes are material, notify you by email or a prominent notice on the Site. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
